Ponte Vedra houses near the ocean carry a salt film on the stucco and trim that holds dirt and dulls the paint. On the marsh side, in Marsh Landing and Palm Valley, the problem is mildew on the walls facing the water. Both get the same treatment: a soft wash at low pressure with a cleaning solution that kills the growth and lifts the film, then a full rinse. Large stucco homes do not take a pressure wand. It cracks the finish and pushes water behind it.

We wet and rinse the landscaping before and after, keep the solution off pool water and lanai furniture, and every house wash includes a spot-free rinse of the windows, which matters on a house where the glass faces the salt.

Every house wash includes a spot-free window rinse.
