Many Ponte Vedra driveways, walks and pool decks are pavers or natural stone, and the ocean-side ones collect sand and salt in the joints. Pavers and stone get lower pressure and a careful rinse so the joints stay filled. Concrete gets a pre-treatment on the growth and a surface cleaner for an even finish.

Screen enclosures near the beach take salt on the frame and the screen, and the ones on the marsh side take mildew. Both get a low-pressure wash with a soft brush where needed, never the surface cleaner, and the deck underneath is cleaned in the same visit.
