A lot of Mandarin and San Jose houses are brick, or brick with painted block and trim, and they sit under live oaks that keep them damp and drop moss and debris on them year round. Brick can take some pressure, but painted trim, soffits and block cannot, so we soft wash the whole house at low pressure with a cleaning solution, then rinse. The green comes off the trim and the grey film comes off the brick without blasting the mortar joints.

On the newer stucco in Bartram Park and Tamaya the dirt is mostly road dust and sprinkler spots rather than growth. The method is the same, low pressure and a proper rinse, and every house wash includes a spot-free rinse of the windows.
